 摘 要

学校每个学期都要购进大量的教材，然后发放给学生。目前许多学校是以班级为单位，统一向学生发放教材，然后收取书款。学生每学期开学都需要购买教材。首先学校根据每学期所开设的课程，向各书商或出版社购进课本，然后学生以班级为单位向学校领书交费。这项工作现在在大部分学校还是手工操作，工作起来效率很低，并且不能及时了解教材库存和领取的具体情况。同时由于不可避免的人为因素，可能造成教材收费出错等情况。

  针对这种情况，为了更好地适应当前学校管理的需求，避免手工管理存在的这些弊端，开发了本教材管理系统。学校通过使用本系统，可以实现教材收费、领取的自动管理。本系统主要包含4大功能，分别是教材的入库管理，学生的书费管理，系统管理以及综合查询。

  本系统使用SQL Server 2005 Express数据库作为后台的数据管理系统，利用ADO数据库组件连接后台数据库。开发采用的是C#，它是由Microsoft公司开发的Windows程序开发环境，是现在最受欢迎的几种开发工具之一。

Before the beginning of the term,teachers must carry out courses setting,for example,adding courses,canceling courses and filling in the information chart,then they will hand in to the teaching affairs department and wait for superrising.According to the application of every teacher,and the actual situation,they will dertermine which course to have  and assign teaching resoures,such as time of having classes,classroom and so on.After these tesbs,when the new term  begines,they offer the courses to the student,student select the courses based on their interests.The teaching affairs  department will reorganir and analyze the resules.Then they offer the list to the responder teachers and also give the table  of course anary there to each student.At the end of the term,teachers give a mask to student according to the list.After  scores are recorded into computers,students can know their marks of each course through computers.Therefore,developing the system of the management of teaching affairs department can reduce the burder of the staff.At the same time,it is course after  for students to learn selected courses and resules.the system mainly includes functions such as course setting,teaching arrangement,selecting courses,courses management and result and so on.

   The development of this system employ C# which is the development environment of windows program opened up by Microsoft company,it is one of the most popular development tolls.
